Executive Administrator

The Executive Administrator performs primary administrative duties related to finances, compliance, board, program and organizational business. They play an important role in internal and external communications and handle confidential information. Directly reports to the Executive Director.

Responsibilities
Support Executive Director with general clerical tasks
Fundraising and events support
Calendar management and scheduling
Coordinates Board of Directors meetings, committees, and minutes
Basic Accounting and Compliance
CRM Management
Communications, including emails, calls, and in-person
Website and social media
Campaign Finance Compliance and Reporting

Reliable to successfully execute administrative tasks
Accounting and CRM software experience (EveryAction, NGP/VAN, QuickBooks)
Web and social experience (WordPress, Canva)
Excellent interpersonal skills and team approach, written and verbal communication
Must be able to coordinate transportation in the metro area.

Hours: Full Time, regular business hours, occasional night and weekend commitments with start date on Septmber 1, 2025

Compensation: $42,000-$52,000 based on experience and education, benefits package

Primary Work Location: In-person. St. Paul, Minnesota office, offsite as needed
