Training Specialist

The Training Specialist will manage and coordinate all training aspects for Women Winning. This includes developing new training modalities, delivering engaging training, vetting and securing a robust group of high quality external trainers on topics related to campaigns, fundraising, organizing, communications, reproductive justice, and internal organizational processes such as PAC, board and compliance training.

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver Women Winning’s Political Training Series (8-10 per year)
Develop and execute internal organizational education session for staff and board
Manage venue needs, including all aspects of logistics
Recruit and supervise volunteers, as needed
Maintain and grow Women Winning’s Candidate Toolkit
Support training growth opportunities and external partnerships
Coordinate trainers and contractors
Support recruitment and hiring of participants
Build and develop new training curriculum
Connect participants to campaign assets
Ability to provide training in-person and virtually

Excellent interpersonal skills and highly collaborative
Experience in delivering training, proven record of strong public speaking
Experience in creating curriculum related to campaigns, internal systems, and issues
Passion for planning and executing high quality, engaging, and successful training
Experience working with principals and prominent national and community leaders
Experience with political campaigns
Bachelor’s degree or five year’s experience; or similar combination
Ability to skillfully operate technology, equipment and software to manage virtual and hybrid training environments

Hours: Part-time - 20 hours/week

Compensation: $20,000 - $25,000 based on education and experience
