About
Political Leaders of Tomorrow is designed to help acquire the tools and connections needed to be a political leader in Minnesota. It serves as an entry point for energized, pro-choice Minnesotans who are interested in a career in politics, especially those who have not yet volunteered or worked on a campaign.
We invest in the next generation of political strategists, volunteers, and candidates in Minnesota through education and training. Women Winning supports participants throughout the program by providing:
- Training in campaign strategy: communication, fundraising, field,
- Professional development, career and networking opportunities
- Personalized check-ins and problem-solving coaching
- Financial stipend for participation
Women Winning works closely with participants as they continue to gain experience by making connections to candidates running for office in Minnesota. Those pro-choice campaigns actively help participants develop skills with a hands-on experience. This interactive, experiential learning component allows participants to put the education, training, and coaching into action.
Alumni are in high demand and participants have gone on to work on presidential campaigns, in congressional offices and the state legislature, and at top lobbying firms. Additionally, many have gone on to run for office, and win!

Commitment to Women Winning’s mission
Strong work ethic and interest in the political process including campaigns
Dedication to reproductive rights, health, and justice
Active engagement and commitment to a host campaign
18 years of age or older
